    In general, the project consists of the removal and replacement of12" and 18" storm sewer along Eastmoreland Dr. between S. wheeling Street and S. Berlin Avenue. The work also includes the installation of storm sewer manholes, restoration, and related work.

    Public Service

  6. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Villagewide Water Main Replacement, Phase II will be received by the Village, at the office of the Village Administrator, Fayette Village Hall, 102 West Main Street, Fayette, Ohio, 43521, until 10:00 AM local time on May 5, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

  7. The Drawings propose the Renovations and Remodeling of the first, second, and third floors of 29 Washington Street. In general, the Scope of Work includes: new wood stud walls with adjustments to the existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and finishes to compensate for the new layout creating a security vestibule, lobby with waiting area, administrative area/office, and tether room. Also included is mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Work with new layout and new ceiling and led light fixtures for the majority of the first floor. The building is to be occupied throughout the construction. Work shall be phased by floor and coordinated with tenant. Work shall be completed in a fashion that minimizes the time of disruption to the building tenants.
    Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference Meeting scheduled for 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 16, 2025 and Walk-Through conducted by the Architect at the County of Monroe Office Areas of Michigan Department of Corrections Parole & Probation 29 Washington Street, Monroe, Michigan 48161 to gain a better understanding and extent of the overall project scope. Bidders are required by the Instructions to Bidders to visit the County of Monroe Office Areas Site.
