Sealed proposals will be received for the Louisiana House Parking Expansion Project, Louisiana House, 129 Dr. McAuleys Ct., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 by the no later than 1:00 pm, EST on August 19,2022.
Proposals must be delivered to the Front Desk, Louisiana House, 129 Dr. McAuleys Ct., Perrysburg Ohio 43551. Proposals will be read publicly immediately following in the Main Conference Room. Proposals received after the date and time shall be considered late and will be returned to the submitting party unopened.
The overall work scope will consist of, but not limited, to site demolition and excavation to allow for the installation of stone base, asphalt parking area and drive, storm detention swale, storm sewer lines connecting to existing storm drainage system, new parking lot post mounted light fixtures, concrete sidewalks, curbs, landscape islands, landscaping, grading and hydroseeding of site. All work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
The Paulding County Commissioners, acting for the Grover Hill Lions Club, will receive sealed bids for the services to rehabilitate a 2604 sq. ft. empty building to turn it into a Community Center.
Bids will be received in the Paulding County Commissioners Office located at 451 McDonald Pike, Suite E, Paulding, OH 45879 until 9:30 a.m. (local time), on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 9:30 a.m. (local time) will be returned unopened.
Bids will be received on a unit price basis as outlined in the bid documents.
The project consists of the rehabilitation of a 2604 sq. ft. empty building, located at 103 South Main Street, Grover Hill, Ohio 45849 to turn it into a Community Center that will provide services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Grover Hill, Ohio.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents, sealed in an envelope, and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid.
All contractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
Sealed Bids for Crossroads and Lime City Sewer Grouting, SS-5020, will be received by the Northwestern Water & Sewer District, at the District’s Office, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, until 11:00 am, local time, on August 9, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
In general, the work consists of the grouting of approximately 3,140 feet of 24-inch sanitary sewer main along Crossroads Parkway starting just south of Bass Pro Boulevard and running north to stop south of State Route 795; the grouting of approximately 4,315 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main along Lime City Road beginning on Buck Road and continuing north along Lime City Road to the end of the sanitary sewer main located just south of Schreier Road; and the installation of a T-Liner to the lateral of 718 Lime City Road, located approximately 115 feet south of Manhole 5109-23-10780.

Addendum 1 issued July 11, 2022
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners for Richland County Ohio until 10:30, am, local time, on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at the Richland County Commissioners Office, 50 Park Ave. East, Mansfield, OH 44902, for all labor, material, and services necessary for 39 Lift Station Generator Improvements, as more fully described in the Contract Documents. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter.
Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract. This notice will also be posted on the Richland County website, www.richlandcountyoh.gov and may be accessed through the Commissioners’ page under current bids.
All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Richland County Board of Commissioners, 50 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, Ohio 44902 and clearly marked on the outside. 39 LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS.
