  1. Sealed proposals marked for "STARR AVENUE EXTENSION AND NORDEN ROAD WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS- 2019-20" will be received by the City of Oregon, Ohio, at the Office of the Director of Public Service at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616, until 10:00 A.M., local time, on Friday, December 13,2019 , and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

    The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of 5,000 LF of 8" waterline, the installation of
    5,400 LF of 12" waterline, fire hydrants, valves, and appurtenances.

  2. Addendum 1 issued December 3, 2019 & Emailed to Bidders

    Sealed Bids for SS-100 Flow Meter Replacement, will be received by the Northwestern Water & Sewer District, at the District’s Office, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, until 11:00 AM, local time, on December 11, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

    In general, the work consists of replacement of three permanent flow meters located in the SS-100 collection system, tributary to the City of Toledo’s collection system in northern Wood County. The work includes the removal of the existing meters and electrical/ control equipment and the installation of
    new meters in the sanitary sewer manholes and new electrical/control equipment.

    Technical questions regarding the project should be e-mailed to the Project Manager Theodore Bennett, P.E. at at Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd.

  3. Addendum 1 issued December 6, 2019 & emailed to bidders

    SEALED PROPOSALS for bidding on Manhattan Marsh Metropark Development REBID will be received; opened; and read aloud at the Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area, Fallen Timbers Field Office, 6101 Fallen Timbers Lane, Maumee, Ohio 43537 Friday, December 13, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. local time.

    THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of new park development including construction of 1.74 miles of multi-use aggregate path, 1,469 feet of concrete boardwalk, wooden overlooks, 20 car asphalt lot, concrete walks, asphalt approaches, signage, landscaping, and aggregate base, plumbing & electric utility work related to the installation of an owner-supplied precast restroom building.
