Sealed proposals marked for “LUC-CORDUROY ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT (PID 119725)” will be received by the City of Oregon, Ohio, at the Office of the Director of Public Service at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, OH 43616-2608, until 10:00 am, local time, on Thursday, February 5, 2026, and then opened and read aloud.
Project includes replacing the Corduroy Road Bridge over Otter Creek with a 28-ft span precast reinforced concrete three-sided flat-top structure with concrete wingwalls on capped pile foundations, along with approximately 0.04 miles of approach roadway improvements, drainage, pavement, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, and related work.

Sealed proposals marked for “LUC – STARR AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION AND RESURFACING (PID 117122)” will be received by the City of Oregon, Ohio, at the Office of the Director of Public Service at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616-2608, until 2:00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and then opened and read aloud.
The proposed work consists of reconstructing 0.1 miles of Starr Avenue from the west corporation limit to Earlwood Avenue and resurfacing 0.53 miles of Starr Avenue from Earlwood Avenue to Whittlesey Avenue and 0.17 miles of Wheeling Street from Northvale Drive to Randall Drive. The project will also include curb ramp updates and striping.

Sealed Bids for WL-100/101 Valve Improvements, will be received by the Northwestern Water & Sewer District, at the Northwestern Water & Sewer District, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, until 11:00 AM, local time, on January 15, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. In general, the work consists of the replacement or rehabilitation of valves and appurtenances on the District’s 20-inch and 30-inch PCCP transmission water mains in the WL-100 area.

The Drawings propose the Removal and Replacement of the Mechanical Equipment for the
Administrative office at the MCOP main campus facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal
and replacement of two furnaces, the addition of one furnace and modifications of the duct trunk
distribution within the attic to connect to three replacement furnaces to the existing ductwork.
Bidders are required to schedule a Walk-Through with the Owner to gain a better understanding
and extent of the overall project scope.
Bid proposals will be received at the office of the Architect
Prior to 3:00 PM Local Time Monday, November 10, 2025 and opened at a later time.
