Sealed Bids for Northwood Sewer Rehabilitation, SS-200H, will be received by the Northwestern Water & Sewer District, at the the District’s Office, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, until 11:00 am, local time, on June 20, 2023 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
In general, the work in the City of Northwood, Ohio consists of the testing and grouting, sectional CIPP lining, CIPP main-lining and open cut point repairing various segments of sanitary sewer main ranging in size from 8-inch to 15-inch; the installing of T-Liners, root cutting, open cut point repairing and grouting various laterals along the sanitary sewers being rehabbed; and grouting and coring with an inside drop various manholes along the rehabbed sanitary sewers. The work will also include tree removal, storm sewer repair, and site restoration.

Addendum 1 issued May 11, 2023
Sealed Bids for Bergin Street & Elm Tree Road Water Main Replacement, WL-5024, will be received by the Northwestern Water & Sewer District,
at the Northwestern Water & Sewer District, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, until 11:00 AM, local time, on May 18, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.In general, the work consists of the replacement of approximately 1,425 feet of existing 8-inch water main with new 8-inch along East Elm Tree Road and approximately 1,100 feet of existing 8-inch water main with new 8-inch along Bergin Street. The work will also include the construction of a new manhole at the connection of the 8-inch sewer from the south to the 18-inch sewer running east and west near the bridge south of Elm Tree Road along Glenwood. The water main replacement work shall also include new fire hydrants, valves and water services including water meters and pits, and restoration of disturbed areas. Existing services are believed to include some lead water services.

Sealed proposals marked for "WOLF CREEK STREAM RESTORATION AT OREGON RECREATION COMPLEX'' will be received by the City of Oregon, Ohio, at the Office of the Director of Public Service at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616, until 2:00 P.M., local time, on
Tuesday, May 9, 2023, and then opened and read aloud.The scope of work generally includes the excavation, grading, planting, and seeding of a stream and floodplain restoration project at the Oregon Recreational Complex, 540 I Starr A venue Extension, Oregon. Work specifically includes excavation of two floodplain areas, streambank regrading, relocation of approximately 1.900 linear feet of bike path, various storm sewer and drainage work, installation of plugs, trees, shrubs, and seed mixes, and associated restoration.

Addendum 3 issued May 8, 2023, 2023A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday April 20, 2023 at 10:00 am at the office of the Village Administrator, Fayette Village Hall, 102 West Main Street, Fayette, Ohio, 43521. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Villagewide Water Main Replacement, Phase I will be received by the Village, at the office of the Village Administrator, Fayette Village Hall, 102 West Main Street, Fayette, Ohio, 43521, until 11:00 AM local time on May 4, 2023 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project consists of constructing approximately 40,725 linear feet of 4-inch through 12-inch water main and appurtenances, gate valves, fire hydrant assemblies, service connection assemblies, and appurtenances.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
