Addendum 1 Issued January 30, 2026
Sealed proposals marked for “LUC-CORDUROY ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT (PID 119725)” will be received by the City of Oregon, Ohio, at the Office of the Director of Public Service at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, OH 43616-2608, until 10:00 am, local time, on Thursday, February 5, 2026, and then opened and read aloud.Project includes replacing the Corduroy Road Bridge over Otter Creek with a 28-ft span precast reinforced concrete three-sided flat-top structure with concrete wingwalls on capped pile foundations, along with approximately 0.04 miles of approach roadway improvements, drainage, pavement, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, and related work.

Sealed proposals marked for “LUC – STARR AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION AND RESURFACING (PID 117122)” will be received by the City of Oregon, Ohio, at the Office of the Director of Public Service at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616-2608, until 2:00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and then opened and read aloud.The proposed work consists of reconstructing 0.1 miles of Starr Avenue from the west corporation limit to Earlwood Avenue and resurfacing 0.53 miles of Starr Avenue from Earlwood Avenue to Whittlesey Avenue and 0.17 miles of Wheeling Street from Northvale Drive to Randall Drive. The project will also include curb ramp updates and striping.
